Dear community: USAID PEER is a competitive grants program that invites scientists in developing countries to apply for funds to support research and capacity-building activities on topics with strong potential development impacts. Pre-proposals are due January 15, 2016. Because of your NASA-funded work, you may be contacted by PEER applicants who are interested in partnering with you to apply for this opportunity. If you are interested in participating, it is up to you to confirm that you are eligible (i.e., you have a NASA grant that will or can be (through no cost extension/NCE guidance) active through Aug 2017. Please note that USAID funding can only be used to support a PEER developing country partner, not USG-funded researchers.
